This Agreement covers the mutual rights and obligations of the parties regarding the purchase of digital products and/or services listed on www.comeheal.com.tr.
3. Products and Services
The Buyer purchases a digital health service or similar digital product. No physical delivery will occur.
4. Payment and Delivery
After the payment is completed, the Buyer will gain access to the service. Delivery is made digitally.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
By accessing the digital service, the Buyer agrees to waive the right of withdrawal. For details, please visit our Return Policy page.
6. Governing Law
Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of İzmir Courts and Enforcement Offices.
7. Enforcement
By completing the payment, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement.
